The Upper Level is located in the heart of Clevelands west side. At the Upper Level we try to promote local and regional, original music of all types. Normaly we have three band play a night, this is to help expose different crowds to different bands. We have a full, state of the art P.A. system that is compaired to most of the best P.A.'s in Cleveland. We also offer the freedom of bringing your own beverages. This way you do not have to spend an arm and a leg to go out and enjoy some quality local music.

The Upper Level is in a Unique location. It is on the the third floor of a early 19th century brick building, located in the historical Ohio City District. The Stage Used to be used for local plays, and performing arts shows. Now the old theater has been renovated to have a modern relaxed atmosphere where all types of local music can be enjoyed.

The Upper Level Is being recognized as the best under ground night club in Cleveland. Offering A great place to come experience something new with bit of history and inovation. It's a great place to stay warm at in the winter , and cool in the summer.
