The Brewery is one of the longest running clubs in North Carolina. Live music Wed thru Sat each week with occassional special shows Sun-Tues. Nationals-Regionals-locals. Beer only. Nationals that have played the Brewery range from Phish to Black Flag To Bo Diddly to Tim O'Brien to Korn. The Brewery is located right next to the North Carolina State University Campus and is a regular hangout for NC State students. Most shows 18 and up, some shows all ages. Main focus is on college pop, but also caters to Pschedelic Jam bands, Metal, alternative and alt Country. Each Jan The Brewery hosts SPITTLE Fest a 3 day alt country festival that has seen such acts as Whiskeytown, The Backsliders, The Derailers, Blue Mountain, The Bottle Rockets, Duane Jarvis, Robbie Fulks and others play.
