We have a deep passion for music at Mother McCree's. It is for this reason that we have included a state of
the art performance stage in the construction of the restaurant. The stage was designed snd built by Chuck, and
our mural painted by Chris Truett of Elemental Art Works.
Our house PA was designed, installed and is maintained by Chuck, in a collaborative effort with Pete Kogler
from Pipe Dream Productions, an amazing studio in Eloree, S.C., drawing on more than 20 years of sound and
performance experience to provide a crisp, clean sound for each performer.
Chuck is a meticulous sound tech who never takes his eyes off the board or the band during a performance,
insuring the mix is perfect, and recording the performances in digital real time. A CD of each performance is
available upon request to the band, but only the band. We do not hold any rights to the music we are fortunate
enough to record, we merely do so for the sentimental reasons
The house PA consists of:
Mackie 1604 VLZ Pro mixer
Alesis Stereo Compression
Ross Stereo 24 EQ
Roland Effects
Carvin 1000 Watt power amp
Peavey 500 Watt monitor amp
Community 12' monitors
Peavey 118 International Series Mains
Kasino 4x8 tower reinforcement
Shure SM-58 Vocal Mics
Nady Drum Mics
1949 Hammond M-3
All the musician needs is their instrument. If you have a local band, or are a songwriter/ soloist who wants a
place to test your songs, or just have a group of friends you like to pick with occassionally, call Chuck at
803-739-2477 or email him to book a date.
