Located in central Utah near many National Parks such as Zion and Bryce Canyon, Mystic Hot Springs is an oasis in the middle of the desert offering intimate concerts or big festivals in the summer. The owner, Mike Ginsburg stumbled into Mystic Hot Springs after the last Dead shows in Las Vegas and fell in love with the place. He miraculously was able to buy it and has struggled to keep the dream alive. He has concentrated mainly on promoting the hot springs, camping and cabins in order to do this. He then started putting on shows last year with bands such as Ekoostic Hookah and The Zen Tricksters in a building which was once used as a restaurant. He has built a stage and has a very nice sound system. It now looks like a real club which he has named 'Hot Rock Cafe.'
Mystic Hot Springs is open 24 hours/day every day of the year. Most shows are on off nights (sun-thursday). All ages are welcome. Most shows are $10 in advance and $12 at the door. Ticket price includes soaking. camping is and extra $5.
As the concerts are a part of the Pionneer Concert series, there is a pionneer look to this place. Lodging includes restored original pionneer cabins. With an accent on simple and rustic, Mystic Hot Srprings offers an experience that cannot be found anywhere else.
