Our goal is to bring a fresh new approach to nightlife on Colfax. 233’z is armed with two full bars, Cabaret License (Live music), huge V.I.P. room, 6 pool tables, video games, vending machines, and 6,000 square footage of potential! This venue is independently owned and operated, and involved in a number of different events and organizations. Some of 233’z many features include: art shows, benefits, receptions, banquets, catering, and explosive live entertainment by a lot of Colorado’s top local artists. Alchris G. Broussard was born in New Iberia, Louisiana, where he was surrounded by southern style of food, culture and even the language PA’twa French which goes back many generations so deeply rooted in emotion and heart. Living with his family in a single home, whatever was available to eat that day found its way to the pot. This is where the school of cookery took place. As well as, where the unique, exciting and intoxicating tastes of Louisiana was invented. Armed with his family’s secret spices, recipes and profound love for food, Chef Broussard’s dream is to share his version of Louisiana country cuisine with you.
