sans trauma was formed in Edinburgh in spring 2004 when the four-piece line-up of drums, guitar/vocals, bass and keyboards were brought together. Currently in a state of experimentation, the overall aim of the band is to push towards a melodic melding of rock and electronica, influenced by much of the music of the 80s and 90s.

sans trauma consists of Chris on guitar/vocals, Paul on keyboards, Stu on bass and Dave on drums/guitar.

Since forming, several gigs have been played around Edinburgh, and gigs further afield will be added later in the year. The first ep is currently available for download through the bands website, or on cd at gigs.
