Aarhus-based hard rock act VILLAIN consists of 4 musicians, all in their mid 20s. They've known each other since childhood and have played music together since the age of 10! For the following 15 years, they played music as a hobby, forming different bands and playing with many different people, doing mostly cover songs. In the summer of 2004 they decided to take it up a notch and formed VILLAIN. For the fall of ' 04 and spring of ' 05, they were hiding out in rehearsals, working on songs and material. In the summer of 2005 they went into the studio to record what became an 11-track hard rock monster of a self-titled first demo. It was released just before Christmas 2005 and is now available through this website (please e-mail for info). Villain's music is influenced by both the progressive experimental rock of the 70's and by the screaming guitar driven rock of the 80's, but with an unmistakeable modern, original and personal signature and with a guarantee for an awesome live performance!
