The Trip Hop Children is an eight piece band combining the respective aspects of hardcore, metal, rap, hip-hop, and downtuned gut wrenching mayhem. Meet The Bee, The Loch Neff Monster, Twitch, Bone$, The Goat, EX15, Sydeburnz, and Dr. Wiggles. (In human terms that's Vocalist: Richard Eakes, Vocalist: Noah Neff, Guitarist: Wayllon Bahner, Guitarist: Mike Hall, Bassist: Jered Taylor, Drummer: Erik Kessinger, DJ: Jason Peters, and Percussionist: Brandon Yingling, respectively) Each comes equipped with a talent on his particular instrument that combines to form the modern heavy music of the Trip Hop Children.

Forming in May of 1999 in Topeka, Kansas, the band evolved into what they now describe as 'a complete musical puzzle.' Since playing their first show in October 1999, the Trip Hop Children have had the privilege to play such clubs as the famed Ranch Bowl in Omaha, NE, and the Granada Theater in Lawrence, KS. From the pummeling 8-Ball and the unrelenting onslaught of Buck Knutty to the sublime melodies within Hollow and the rhythmicly tribal Off the Hook, the Trip Hop Children's vast array of influences comes together seamlessly to create an intense and energetic show.
