Quiet Cause started when Allan, Pkok and Steve started playin together one Wednesday in late March '04. Allan was on bass, Pkok on drums, and Steve on guitar. They began arrangin practices, but Steve's crappy abilities at multi-taskin and lack of a fully functional voicebox meant that someone else was needed for vocals. In stepped Mark {sighs}, and since then Quiet Cause has grown from friends playin to a proper {or not} band, tho they've not lost their immaturity, this still comes as standard. Since then Alan has changed from bass to drums coz he is multi-talanted, and Pkok picked up a bass one day and decided he wanted to play it in the band. It stayed like this and now they both are excellent in their own ways, although sometimes still switch round for a piss about......and Steve still strums his guitar like a fag.... then we figured we needed a second guitarist, so steve recommended a guy called Jamie and he came along to practice and was an instant hit. Now with 2 of them, we can add lots of nice guitar bits in our songs. Its all good. Now we write songs and practice on Thursdays and Saturdays an wenever else we can.
