Liquid Karma was formed in 1994 on the island of Okinawa, Japan. In the beginning they played to military audiences, then as their influence on the island music scene began spreading, they began playing to Japanese audiences and ultimately ended up playing better and better venues.
The original band completed one CD and it was recorded at the Power Station Studio. Players were Scott Geary, Greg Dickens, Jimi Whitmore and Jeff Earl Samford.
After the original band self destructed, Jeff Earl Samford began other projects which ultimately led to The Karma Blues Band and finally a return to the Liquid Karma Band.
The new Liquid Karma Band is proud of their history. Their songs range from 60's classics to present material. They have become more of a blues rock act with originals that are as varied as their many talented alumni members. Come see them in Tennesee and Georgia. They are known for playing many of the local music festivals and clubs. The band is closely associated with The Chattanooga Musician webzine and JES Entertainment.
