The Josh Jackson Band has been around since 1996 playing in many different forms and fashions but the latest line-up has been solid since 1999. The Josh Jackson Band takes catchy tunes and mixes them with equal doses of ROCK and POP, both acoustic and electric, to make a product so friendly that it will soon be making itself right at home on radio stations all over the country!

The Josh Jackson Band consists of Josh Jackson on lead vocals and acc. guitar, Locke Sandahl on electric guitar, Jason Hollis on bass and Kris Crawford on drums and percussion. Each brings his own influences to the band, turning what could be boring pop/rock songs into exciting 'in your face' pop gems.

1999 saw the release of 'Challengepoint', the bands first release. The debut album saw the songs 'My Father's House' and 'I Surrender All' enjoy stints in the top ten on the music charts of Christian music veteran, Sammy Palermo. Palermo's show, Uncle Samoo's Zoo, is a popular independent Christian music show out of WITR in New York that is also heard by thousands each week on the World Wide Web.

In the year 2001, The Josh Jackson Band continues to make strides, performing whenever an wherever they can. With music that now leans towards the stylings of Vertical Horizon, Sister Hazel and Edwin McCain, one could only think that they could one day enjoy the same fame as these musical counterparts.
