Milwaukee's The Buskers are a power pop trio with members from Fat Sandwich, eVibe and the Orin Project. They are arguably one of the best new bands in the area. Their songs establish a stranglehold on the ears, keying in on hooks and melody lines that stick in the head. Although the blues influence is evident, they can also segue into a power-pop mode and produce catchy, radio-friendly tunes. One of their strongest cuts is 'Honey Bee Rose,' which features an ear-pleasing yet gritty performance from lead vocalist Ricky Ganiere, who croons around a gorgeous chord progression that circles an infectious riff
