The Blue Collar Band, Comes to you from the Quad Cities, Moline Illinois, Davenport Iowa. With a steady blues rock sound, Champagne there latest CD is an all-night rocker.

The BCB was formed in 1976, and consists of Jim Van Acker (drummer and founding member), Tony Hoepner (keyboards, lead vocals, and founding member), Mike Wallace(lead guitars), and Steve Svec (bass player). Newest member include female lead vocalist Carol Ann Chouteau.

Champagne is the first recording by the Blue Collar Band. They spent the winter of 1997 recording demo tapes of original material and, before long, ten songs had been selected and regular sessions in the studio began. On November 14th, 1998, the Blue Collar Band had their World Premiere CD Release Party at Gatsbys in Moline, Illinois. Once again the loyal fans of the band came out and made the night happen. Undoubtedly, it was the best crowd ever at Gatsbys for a band. Rumor has it the band's considering recording a follow-up to the Champagne CD. Check this website for updates.
