TRUE NORTH is where the AUTHOR of the universe resides. We're just pointing the way! Music is a great influence on the society in which we live. It has the potential for great good, but unfortunately, great evil as well. TRUE NORTH uses the gift of music to spread the message of Jesus Christ....His death, burial, & ressurection...The good news called the gospel, As well as uplifting believers with spiritual songs & challenging them to lead faithful lives for Christ. ,

The band began in 1997 A.D. when the founding members ( Paul Castiglione - Guitar/vocals, Tom 'Bones' Milone - Lead Vocals & Paul Sweeney - Guitar/vocals ) just got together to write a few songs. They soon realized through much prayer that the Lord had much more in store for them. The songs given to them struck a resounding chord in each of their hearts! This band of brothers was next blessed with Brian Tokarz on drums. After several Bass Players, Brian Raymond came in to bring up the bottom end.

TRUE NORTH has released a five song demo cassette which was reviewed by HM (heaven's metal,hard music) magazine in 1999. The band also released a single on Kingdom Records 1999 compilation CD : REMOVED, entitled 'Everything'. Unfortunately, we still do not have a website! We have plenty of meg. for one, but due to time constraints and the band being HTML illiterate, ( ministry & music are more important! ) this is still on hold. We can not afford to pay anyone to publish our web page. All the contributions to this ministry are used to continue our ongoing Mission of Music. We need our equipment to be properly maintained, gas for our bus & gig to gig expenses.
