Sunflower Drive comprises a collection of musicians from the Sydney Hills District in NSW, Australia. We can best be descibed as a melodic rock band with an upbeat, almost funky feel, with lots of harmonies and melodies in our songs.

A question is often asked of our band name. The name Sunflower Drive was the street name our lead singer used to live on, and an icecream van with Sunflower Drive painted on the side used to pass up and down the street of our bassplayer when he was young. We actually have a photo of the icecream truck in the sleave of out Demo CD, 'Radio Frequency'.

Presently the band is busy rehearsing in the studio, with a new rhythm guitarist. We are about to start playing gigs again, and are busy scouring the planet for a manager and record company.

Our sound is very unique, all guitar with touches of overdrive, with powerful drums, yet a melodic and harmonious sound.
