Sometimes She Burns started as a solo acoustic project by Kyle Frenette in 2001. Kyle wrote 12 bitter driving punk songs about lost love and attracted some attention. By the summer of 2001 the small acoustic project became a full electric band. The band has been consistenly playing shows since then and have been known to amaze newcomers at every show with their power, fun, and amazing songwriting.
the band consists of Kyle Frenette on vocals and guitar, Miguell Paucar on guitar and vocals, Kevin Cofield on bass, and Jonas Nauda (formerly of Florida's the Crotch Rockets) on drums.
The band has recorded songs for Asbestos Records and Egress Records and are currently recording their first full length effort as a whole band.
