SNAPPERHEAD ZYDECO is a five -piece central Jersey band with Louisiana heart. Always staying zydeco-centered, we draw on a variety of styles infusing a traditional Cajun, Creole and swamp-pop base with flavors of Latin, funk, and reggae.. Mardi Gras is more than just a busy season for us. It’s the lively happy atmosphere we create year round, at weddings, street fairs, corporate events, bars, and festivals.
