Formed during a millennium party, Skitzofonic consists of members from three prominent Hattiesburg bands: Stretch, Schmill and Open Sea. The four lads of Skitzofonic united to join separate musical styles into one collective listening experience: ambient groove rock. Writing songs that transcend musical boundaries, the group built a following the old fashioned way- they worked their tails off! Playing to whoever would show up to their gigs. As a result they have begun to cause a steady buzz of positive feedback.
