Shipyard Wreck was established in December of 2000. It started as a mainly cover band with some juvenile originals. Since then, band members have been replaced, all except the three original founding members. Now, SW has its own sound with tight, grooving originals, while still maintaining a repetoire of interesting covers.

The band is currently working on recording a CD and writing new originals. The progress is astonishing and going very well. Recordings can be found at the band's web site from the demo and live gigs.

Shipyard Wreck consists of leadman James Gagne on vocals and rhythm guitar, John Fernandes on lead guitar, Pete Magalhaes on drums, and Dan O'Rourke on bass. Every band member has quite the experience to play and make you feel the rock and roll music. Between being blown away by some really powerful vocals, incredible guitar lines, great drum beats & fills, and a grooving bass line, you are guaranteed to be entertained.

Shipyard Wreck continues to follow its motto of 'GET WRECKED' by blowing audiences away weekly. The overall goal of the band is to attain a record label and sign to produce great original albums and perform to huge audiences worldwide.
