Sever is a band based in Oklahoma City, OK, USA. The SEVER line-up was completed in March 2002 with the addition of Matt on Guitar & Vocals.

Sever consists of: Jack and Caroline (Ex-Myth), Matt (Ex-Fountainhead / Downcast) and Gor (Ex-Bad Day Rising). The formation of this band is somewhat bizarre - Caroline is originally from the South-West of England and Gor is from the North-East of England. Caroline moved to Oklahoma years ago, while Gor arrived in Oklahoma in August 2001. For these two people to become involved in a band from Oklahoma City, USA, is strange to say the least!!

Since this is a new band, SEVER's music is at present a mixture of carried-over tunes from Jack & Caroline's old band 'Myth' and tunes written by Matt. Due to the style of SEVER, these older tunes have been given a heavier edge. At the moment, SEVER are writing NEW tunes as SEVER and these tracks will replace the older tunes.
