Shell is alterna-punk with a 4 part twist. Members include Joel Jensen on lead vocals, Jared Mooney on lead guitar, James Keith on Bass, and Gary Reid on Drums. We play everything from coffee shops to underground clubs.

Shell was born in school when singer/songwriter Joel began to jam with guitarist Jared Mooney. Ideas flowed like karma. The band ventured to find a rythem section and met up with Gary Reid whose jazz style drums brought in a great flavor. Last but not least the guys met up with James Keith, a sophomore in high school. His piano and bass lovin' were the last element in the mix. Shell was ready to go!

Shell's stage performance is a must see. It's basically a Pop Rock show with alterna-punk music. Why the band is named Shell is somewhat of a secret. All you can know is that all the band members want it and it has nothing to do with women.
