Roosevelt Roosevelt was formed at Hamilton College in the winter of 1999. We have since graduated and moved to Washington, D.C. We feature a strong commitment to live performances, which has resulted in a willingness to play anywhere and for any number of people. This commitment has also resulted in countless concerts at various bars, clubs, colleges, and prep schools along the East Coast.

As connoisseurs of music, we pride ourselves with having performed with some of the more talented independent artists in the country including; Dispatch, The Lost Trailers, The Push Stars, and The Pat McGee Band.

Since our inception, we have been striving to find our own unique niche in the multicolored rock landscape. Our songs have always featured a strong dedication to melody, but recently we have been experimenting with new and unique harmonic structures and dynamic shifts in order to bring a new complexity to our music. Added to this mix is our need to perform with as much energy as possible. The result is intelligent rock music with punk sensibilities, which we hope you will find interesting and exciting.

We are currently working on our new studio album, which should be released in September.
