RSR Inc. was created for the first time in 1998. The RSR Corporation is the only corporation in the world that has it's own Industrial/goth/techno/humor band. Everything that comes from RSR Inc. is first inspected thuroughly by the staff (Except spelling).

Jake D'Lallo is Randy Raven President of RSR Inc. He writes all the songs and creates the sounds by hand. He is the soul creator but not the soul founder. There was another, he was EniGmA, but he has passed on to a better place (Lucky Stiff). EniGmA was the Co-President untill he left. He came up with all the comedy and skits. Now it's all up to Randy and his horribly vivid dark imagination.

In 2001 EniGmA passed on and left Randy cold with no where to turn to except up. That's right, he turned to that damned leak in the roof that needed fixing. Other than that, he wasn't busy and kept quiet about what he was doing for a long time. Untill now, with the *NEW* CD 'At the other end of the spectrum' he is back on track with 30+ tracks!!!
