God, have'nt we all missed the good ole days when every weekend you could count on being caught in a mosh. Maybe we've seen Fight Club too many time, but who doesn’t just love mutually respective beatings to other people and yourself? Loud music, bodies slamming and raw anger being vented does wonders for a person. Keeping the loud and heavy, hard and metal tradition alive is one of Louisville’s own, Point of Anger. We’re all just people and sometimes we get a little pissed off so here’s a band for those little moments when you’d really like to blow off some steam!

P.O.A. was formed 5 years ago in Louisville, KY. The band consists of Mike Stout(vocals), Shawn Faith(guitars), Rich Brown(guitars), Brian Horsely(bass), and Ricky Green(drums). P.O.A. has continually built their fan base all over the country with their high energy shows and their persona off stage.POA's music is in its own genre. POA combines all of its influences into a rollercoaster of emotions. 'The music is about where we are from, where we've been and where we are going. We play music for us. We dont try to entertain the crowd, by writing songs that are for the fans or some record company. Its for us, and its real. But because its real it usually touches (on every emotional level) the fans and others who are listening.', says Vocalist- Mike Stout

POA has been featured in several magazines and e zines across the U.S. They have been spun on several radio stations in the Mid West and East Coast areas. POA has self funded many tours and is currently setting up and East Coast tour for spring of 2004. They continue to promote their self all over the world.
