Past Forever is an original hard rock band who has done a lot in a short amount of time. Each member has previously been playing music for a minimum of ten years, maximum twenty-three. The melodic yet brooding sound has attracted a wide variety of listeners, and it won't be long before their fanbase becomes huge.
Its members include Nick Brames (guitar), Marlee Grabiel (keyboards/vocals), Chappy Sinclair (bass) and Jay Sorrells (drums). Within four months, the band had created fifteen stellar original songs and was playing gigs around Southern Indiana. It won't be long before they are playing clubs regionally. They are scheduled to go into the studio within the next month to record their first album. Their style, although influenced by many big-time names, has a unique style of its own because the band members all come from such varied musical backgrounds ranging from classical to heavy metal influences.
All the members have been in at least three bands previously, and Marlee joined the band after being a solo blues/folk artist for quite some time. The band had to readjust and re-evaluate its direction after forming because of the stylistic differences each member was used to, but the adjustment has been a very positive factor for all involved.
In a few short months, the band worked extremely hard to record their demo and make promotional packets to start playing out as much as possible. They are excited to go into the studio to record a twelve-track album. Their website has also been going over extremely well with their fans and friends.
