One day, some newly found friends (some say it was ordained) got together in a living room to play some music. Jason brought a history of living room jamming, and a three ring binder of folk and bluegrass songs. Matt brought his knowledge of roots-rock music and a new bass. April brought a set of pipes that are honey-smooth. April's voice has a touch of soulful folk, blues, bluegrass and country. She can make a new song sound ancient or make an old song new! Orchard Valley Circle is developing a unique sound of sparse instrumentation and clear vocals. We are writing and recording original songs of love, and the struggle to keep it all together through adversity.
