Mourning After Massacre hails from the campus town of Fayetteville Arkansas. These six are dilligent in their mission to tear the fucking face off of every person who steps in front of the stage to witness their performances of technical and brutal metal.

The band, formed in late 2004, actually considers its actual inception to be right after the addition of shane valentine to the band as lead vocalist. They are currently working on an album to follow up their current demo which is slated to be titled 'a catharsis for the apathetic'
