Mook formed in late 2004.

guitar/vocals - Ben No (ex Goatboy, Five Blue Monkeys, One Chord Wonders), bass/vocals - Blod (ex Chunderchod, Goatboy, now also in Swiss FX), and drums/vocals - Rhod (ex Mechagodzilla, Five Blue Monkeys, Locust Bean Gum)

They were playing their first gig within a month of forming, the creative bond and musical cohesion being so strong. Songs came thick and fast, and they soon had a strong set of 15 or so songs, of varying styles.

In June 2005 they produced a six track home recorded CD, and although the quality is a little bit sketchy, it is a taste of what's to come. They plan to record a longer CD soon in a proper studio.
