They layering of infectious melodies and dynamic guitars over driving rhythms have established Monumental Radio as one of the premier power-pop bands of the Midwest. Playing in St. Louis, Kansas City, Columbia and Tulsa, Oklahoma, has given this power-trio plenty of opportunities to hone it's skills. And with influences ranging from New Order to Cheap Trick, Monumental Radio always delivers a high-energy, over-the-top show.
Based in Springfield, Missouri, Monumental Radio was formed in the winter of 1996 by bassist/singer Rob Radio and guitarist Adam Miles. After three years of line-up changes and numerous recordings, Jared Hoffpauir joined the group in October 1999.
