Averaging over 35 weekend performances a year has kept Michael Tollett and Shadow Creek extremely busy the last three years. Their popularity in Arkansas has increased as their presence has. The one thing that might set Michael apart from other entertainers is his ability to connect with the audience every single night.
Soul stirring lyrics, a melodic baritone voice, and excellent musicians give Michael Tollett and Shadow Creek a great edge when delivering their shows to crowds all over the 'Natural State.' What helps also is the bands versatility. They can produce a soul stirring, ballad ala George Strait one minute, then come right back at you with a hit from Van Halen or Stevie Ray Vaughan.
The Shadow Creek name came from an ancient Indian ground that Michael camped on while serving the US Military in Wyoming. He brought the name back to his native state of Arkansas, put together a band that really knows how to entertain, and a union was made that has only increased in talent, potential, and appeal.
Currently Michael Tollett and Shadow Creek enjoys the company of Mike, lead guitar, Curtis, Drums, Alan, Bass, and Curt, keyboards. Every member of the band sings harmony and gives the music a definite 'voice' on almost every song.
