Marty Mendoza has had the opportuniy to record five albums with different groups. (Including one solo album) Marty's style is heavly influenced by mexican music as he was growing up. His other influences include Hank Williams Sr, Ritchie Valens, Buddy Holly, Gary Allan, Tim McGraw, Mike Ness and Social D, Motley Crue, and many more.

The difinition of Desert Rock is derived from the mexican, country, and rock feeling all put into one. Marty's style is more on the alternative country rock.

Marty Mendoza has been involved in the music business for over twenty years. Not only does Marty sing, but he also plays acoustic guitar, electric rythm guitar, bass guitar, worked in the studio as a co-producer.
