Magic Fountain is currently a 2 piece including Amir Landa (songwriter/guitarist/background vocals) and Mark Napuli (Lead Vocals). After years of playing with either terrible musicians or musicians who wanna 'jam' to phish or classic rock covers, Amir started playing with Mark, another local geek rocker with some nerdy punk rock tastes. It was quite amazing the way Mark's voice easily adapted and expanded on the power pop love songs, the cheesy acoustic songs, and the depressingly distorted alt-rock songs Amir was writing. And so magic fountain began....

Mark's background consists basically of singing with friends in high school and occasionally putting random musicians together to perform. Amir comes from punk rock roots in his high school band, expanded to pop songs while on tour with a post-high school band, and finally settled somewhere in the middle with original pieces.

With enthusiasm and know how Magic Fountain is looking for places to put on some acoustic shows...but more importantly we are looking for a new bassist and drummer to complete our line up for serious rock venues.

Expect a professional release out by summer 2001 and a couple of home recorded demos before that. We are always looking for a place to play and look rediculous so book us darnit.....=w=
