Lou Pal N' Friends is guerilla music making. A Seattle based music project created in early 2004 armed with a mission to create music better then the status quo. A folk beat blend of pure positivity that attracted talents that came from all over the city, to culminate into a psuedo spiritual revival.

In 1 year Loupal N' Friends (LPNF) has created more than 100 songs. Many band members from local Seattle groups have came out to expand the volume. It's not a band it's a rebellion.
