Laura~Anne is an Irish Composer/Performer based in the North of England. The music graduate, 27, from Queen's University, Belfast began her career as a Singer/Songwriter, recording two albums and gigging extensively across the UK and Ireland.Laura~Anne fuses her traditional roots as a Singer/Songwriter with contemporary music technology. Having recently graduated with a Master of Arts in Digital Performance, her roots in popular music have expanded to include harmonising, looping and sampling hardware.

Laura~Anne is currently working on solo and collaborative performances combining digital media with classical composition, in addition to her traditional acoustic gigs as a Singer/Songwriter. Laura~Anne will be playing at the opening and closing gigs of the upcoming Manchester Irish Festival.
