After two failed bands with flaky punk-rock-dropouts, Killer Squirrel was formed. The undedicated left with the new bandwagon, and one person remained. The one-man band writes and records music in his apartment, usually after work.

Killer Squirrel has been described as a band that sounds like the Dead Milkmen getting beat up by Big Black with the Beat Happening as a referee and also as a punk rock version of Jandek.
