We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Jonathan. We are a band formed with the idea and common goal that the songs we play overshadow the individuals that perform them. We collectively agree that music is a communication of emotions. Our songs are written straight from experiences of the lives we lead. Our songs are performed with an honesty and sincerity to which the audience can relate. We each value the impact of the song over the glorification of the individual. George Martin’s guitar leads are heart wrenching, haunting melodies that add a new dimension and heartfelt impact to each tune. K.C. Keaner’s vocals are a stirring reflection of the lyrics that he has written. Matt Haggard, bass, and Jeff, drums, work effortlessly in sync to hold together the canvas on which the artistry of the song is painted. Together, we four friends and musicians strive to create a sound and a mood that lives on past our own measures.
Our goal is not unlike any other band, to secure a recording contract. But, we, unlike some other bands, see this as a means to develop our abilities and give us the opportunity to submerge ourselves in the pursuit of higher creativity.
Our sound we can relate to our many influences. All of us Mid-Westerners by birth connect strongly with a sound that is organic in nature but reflective of modern times. Our use of acoustic guitars and straight ahead electric guitar sounds add a three dimensional tonality which blends the basic origin of K.C.’s folk-like song-writing to the emotional exhilaration of George’s powerful electric guitar. Jeff's energetic, authoritative drumming drives the song as we weave a web of passion, joy, and heartfelt expression. Matt’s splendidly understated, yet solidly executed bass lines add stability through our roller coaster ride of arrangements.
Jonathan looks forward to the future, understanding that our hard work has just begun, and we are excited about our upcoming collaborations in song writing. We stand united in the knowledge that this band and these songs undeniably speak to our audience and become a part of their lives, as they have been such a dominant part of ours.
We would like to thank you for time, and we hope that you will enjoy our music as much as we enjoy creating it.
