HeadRush is a trio from Chicago. They combine the heavy rock of Hendrix and Cream,the pop sensibilty of the 60's and the spirit of the JAM. Formed spring 2003 from the ashes of another band,Turtlehurd.

HeadRush is headed by singer/guitarist Ron Reis,who also writes most of the original songs. Ron uses a Stratocaster,a Marshall and not much else. Next up is drummer Tim Cowley, a true old-school drummer. Completing the line-up is Rich Bilyk on bass/vocals. Richie plays bass, not bass guitar. BASS.

Band made it's debut at a battle of the bands one year ago. Last summer recorded 14 song CD in Ron's home studio. Available at head-rush.net Let the music do the talking!!!!!!

Currently,HeadRush is booking gigs,selling CD's,mailing out band propaganda and suffering sleep depravation. Constantly changing,no two shows are the same. Would like to bring improv back to the mainstream. What happened to music??
