GroovinSeed was formed in the summer of 1999.We had five members at first but cut down to the three. Three of us moved on and the rest didnt. We started out playing at private partys and moved on to local bars. Most people who see our gigs love it and ask for more but its hard to play alot in our small town. We are trying so hard to play out as much as we can.

GroovinSeed consists of Jon Mondragon on electric guitar,electric mandolin and vocals, Cory Orendorff on bass and vocals, Jason DePalmer on drums and vocals. Each has had prior music training and backgrounds in rock,jazz,funk,reggae, and many more to create our psychedelic improv style.

Hanover Pa. is the bands home base and all but one was born there. Jon was born in the Phillipines. Jon also is related to Bill Nershie from String Cheese. We keep asking to jam but i think they have bigger fish to fry. Some day.
