Emma Rugg is a singer/songwriter from the UK, she busked for six months on the streets of her hometown a year ago to raise money to record. Released to critical acclaim, the debut album 'Isolated Impression' was released under Indreams Records, her own label.

Emma Rugg's material varies from lush acoustic songs with intelligently written verse, to other types of cross genre music, her music is neither rock, pop, alternative, acoustic, it is all of these things and more.

Emma learnt to play guitar in 1996, she was 16 and she joined a band, became the lead vocalist, left two years later to work with a ska band and then went solo. She has appeared on national BBC TV, played at Tony Sopranos restaraunt in New York, collaborated with US musician Henry Doss, and continues to write unique material.
