Dubheart was born out of old friends ,two brothers ,a funky drummer and an interstella harmonica man brought together by not only the mystical magic of live music,love and people,but by a love of Reggae music,its universal message and the local sunshine vibes of Southbourne beach.

The band consists of the Shepherds on bass and rhythm guitar/vocals,Stevie Bongo Parsons playing percussion/vocals,Rich Ramsey on lead guitar,Gavin Sant on drums and Si Trance on the harmonica and vocals.A broad mix of musical influences have taken members of the band to the Carribean,North Africa,Asia and Boscombe,Europe in terms of the musical journey,aswell as numerous other musical projects individuals in the band have been involved in from drum n bass ,blues,world music etc.Whatever the moulding effect the past has had on Dubheart's roots groovester sound today,dancing feet and smiling faces is what keeps this band travelling to Festivals,rockin the joint and making more music and friends.
