Drive formed in the summer of 2002. A mainstream rock act, marrying the excitement of rock music to the traditional pop virtues of crafted songs and strong melodies.

Armed with a soul-infused collection of modern classic rock songs, Drive amply demonstrates their remarkable expressive range and power. They have grown into a creative musical machine firing on all cylinders. The approach of Patrick Drive’s rich vocal style denotes a sense of strength and maturity, enhanced by Ken Slager (keyboards) and Al Gian's(bass guitar) heartfelt harmonies, with Sam Mill's potent chiming guitar arrangements.

They have always had the happy knack of minting brand new rock songs that instantly sound like well-loved classics. Drive are currently working on their new album, due out 2006. Ken Slager (keyboards) is excited with the progress and says '....It's been fullsteam ahead! Lindsey Gravina (The Living End - Thirsty Merc) is set to produce the album at Birdland Studios, in Melbourne. Patrick Drive has penned the new songs for the album, and they rock!
