Dixxxon was formed in the early part of 2002 under the name Glisten. From there it has revamped to it's now third incarnation where it's as strong and alive as ever. Joann Dickson and Brian Courtney, the 2 original members, are more then justa little excited about the new lineup.

Dixxxon is made up of Joann Dickson on rhythm guitar and lead vocals, Brian Courtney on funk/rock bass, Toby VanKleek on drums, and Chris Ballinger on lead guitar. Pulling from every cornver of the musical globe the band creates an ecletic sound that can either be very intense and in your face or very laid back and groovy.

2004 brought version3 of the band together and their first set of shows. Playing local clubs all over Bloomington and looking to shows in Indianapolis, the band has a small following that continues to expand as more and more people get the chance to experience their fresh brand of rock.
