Dekapitron is a 5 piece metalcore band from Chicago. They combine elements of hardcore, thrash, and swedish style death metal.

Pete(lead guitar) and Dan(drums) started the band in 1998 and have gone through a few lineup changes with Andrew(bass), Ian(guitar), and Rey(vocals).
