De`luge was formed in 2001 in Orlando, Fl. by front person, Danielle, and guitarist, Joshua. They were in search of musicians who were not only talented but creative and experimental and who could contribute to the project.

It wasn't long before De`luge had found what it was looking for in guitarist Butch, Bassist Kyle and Drummer chad. The chemistry between band members was immediately and the dynamic musical styles that everyone contributed solidified the vision that had been conceived months earlier.

After weeks of rehearsing and writing, De`luge headed into the studio to begin recording their demo. The first three songs recorded were So What, Look Inside, and When It Rains. With this momentum behind them they continued in the studio recording two more songs called Take me Away, and You're to blame. With five songs recorded and their live show sharpened, it was now time to overwhelm the local music scene with the flood of excitement that had been pent up inside De`luge. They began performing at clubs throughout Orlando and the response was beautiful. The audiences screamed through the songs the first time they heard them. This was confirmation to the band that their vision was real and that nothing was going to stop them from infiltrating the land with their sound.
