16 year old singing sensation / guitarist and prolific song writer Darcie Miner hales from Hershey, PA. She began playing the guitar at age 11, as her two older brothers play. Darcie sang from an early age performing in school programs and played her first solo show at age 13 at Media Play in Harrisburg, PA.

Darcie has many influences, which lends to the variety in her writing and singing styles. They would include: Fleetwood Mac, Lindsey Buckingham, Patty Griffin, Tom Petty, Beth Hart, Janis Joplin, Lucinda Williams, Emmy Lou Harris, Joan Osborne, Allman Bros. Band, James Taylor, Heart, Buddy and Julie Miller, R.E.M., Edwin McCain, Mary Cutrofello and Train. If you listen you can hear each of them in her from time to time.

In early 1999 Darcie signed on Rogue Stork Entertainment as her management and booking agent, though she was introduced to and began working with them in 1998. Since then she has played many venues including various coffeehouses and arts festivals, The Harrisburg Kipona Celebration, Millersville University, Lebanon Valley College and a number of area clubs. Darcie has also shared the stage with national artists, The Badlees and Beth Hart.

' Down To Earth ' Darcie's debut CD was released on February 10, 2000 at Shakey's in Hershey, PA for the Millennium Music Conference. There she is scheduled to play on stage with The Badlees. The music is already getting rave reviews. Darcie recently performed live on WRVV a local radio station. The report from the shows producer was ' the telephones haven't rung like this since the shows inception'. Listeners were calling to give kudos and to ask where they can get the CD. Many are eager and waiting for the CD to release. 2000 looks to be a great year for Darcie.
