Celestial Dawn was formed in 1997, with the original 3 members, Steel Stevens, Dylan Stahl, and JD Gunner. After a short time of playing, and practicing as a 3 piece band, the decision was made to get a lead singer. They brought Christian Acier on board, and the band was complete.

After a few years, and a lot of shows and studio work, Dylan Stahl left the band for personal reasons. This forced the band to search for a replacement. Their brief search ended when the encountered Kash. He had exactly what the band was looking for. Now, in 2001, Celestial Dawn has released a new EP, and restructured their entire sound. Celestial Dawn is ready to bring their music to the masses.
