Candlefly formed when Hunter Jackson was asked to play some songs at a junior high camp. He got a few guys together from John Brown University and decided to play a few songs. We played some originals and then some covers. The songs were good and we had a lot of fun so we decided to take it a step further.

We all attend John Brown University, a small college in Siloam Springs Arkansas. We have a small and devoted following. 40 people drove from northern Arkansas to Dallas at The Door Club to see us.
