Founded by Adele Ingram-Magee in 2005 Chicks with Picks is an accumulation of female singer/songwriters and guitarists from all over the North of Ireland. This is a great opportunity for talented ladies who wish to showcase their songs to an attentive and appreciative audience.

For the past few years Adele has been combing the musical landscape to find accomplished female guitar players to eventually bring a guest slot to 'Chicks with Picks'. This is scheduled to happen mid 2006 and will be listed under the gigs section.

Gender bending stringsters are difficult to find but hopefully with this initiative they will start coming out of the guitar woodwork.
