Keyboardist / Saxophonist Brian Gorrell formed the group after returning from a stint as the pianist with the Lawrence Welk Orchestra! The Jazz Company's original music is a unique combination of traditional jazz harmony coupled with more contemporary rhythmic styles. Guitarist Shane Conaway's compositions contribute a unique sound as well that falls in the genre of other guitarists such as Pat Metheny.
