In the summer of 2002, Lance Richards and Tony Gilmore (formally Melodies Magic Junction) joined with drummer Brad Lane and bass guitarist Allen Bass to create the band Black Sheep Black. Together they collaborated a number of songs with powerful vocals and meaningful lyrics, melodic and blues guitars with dynamic leads that are carried by a solid rhythm section. Combined together they are a classic mixture of blues and alternative styles with emotion and soul.

In just one year, the band has made its name known throughout the state and has developed a respectable fan base of all ages and backgrounds thanks to constant air-play by loyal radio stations (Q106.3 fm Macon,Ga.) and their ability to perform live with the same professional sound that you hear on their album. They are the answer to what rock-n-roll has been missing. The 70's have met the 90's to create a new breed and it's called..........Black Sheep Black!!!!!!!!
